Hey guys, i got this with a 280z i purchased and have no real use for it... I'm trying to find out the value / rarity of this diff. Nobody seems to know much about it, any info would be greatly appreciated.

Someone on another forum mentioned that these are not the original stub shafts, so before i go selling it i'm going to drain it in the morning and snap some pictures of the internals.

Like i said, all of this information is coming from the previous owner, while he was correct with the transmission he sent me (FS5W71C also for sale) i really want to make sure this is what he says it is.

They are the correct stub axles for an s30 or s130. Or take them out and they are ready for the tripod axle from a turbo/2+2 s130.

Just need to crack the cover to make sure it is a clutch type lsd.

For your future reference - JMortensen (aka "Someone") posts on classiczcars quite often also - http://forums.hybridz.org/index.php/topic/99447-trans-diff-identification/page__pid__932664#entry932664

The internet seems huge but it's really pretty small.

Don't you think you better confirm before selling? That would be best for all concerned.
