How many drivers go through life with their heads in the up and locked position. No wonder Mercedes has added all the dumass over riders to their new models....

Funny video, thanks...

We have this same scenario on our Motorways down here (NZ) only the SLOW ones drive in the fast lane which on the right. (RH drive)

My pet hate is slow drivers on our other roads where it may not be possible to pass until you come to a passing lane, where the slower

driver is supposed to stay in the left lane. What do they do but speed up, to try to outrun you. I had exactly this happen on uphill

passing lanes. Followed a slow car for miles at 45mph.with the driver on the phone. Came to uphill passing lanes so pulled out to overtake, and the women in the slow car took exception to this so she decided to try to outrun me to the end of the passing lane and push me into oncoming traffic. WTF

We are driving a modern 1300 Toyota which is a little challenged in the power aspect but she ran out of road before we did.

People here seem to take it as a personal insult if you try to pass them. Amazing.!!!

I drive a two lane highway back and forth from work. The speed limit is 60mph. Everyday there is someone doing 50 in the left lane. On good days that person will have a buddy in the other lane doing the same speed. Then you end up with 10-20 cars piled up behind them. Makes for great accidents. Wish the cops would start ticketing people for blocking traffic.

On I-5 between Salem and Portland it's 3 lanes each way. I enjoy getting in the right hand lane and taking off. The piddlers don't want to admit to being piddlers so drive in the middle lane and the fast lane swappers are operating back and forth between the middle and fast lanes. I put it on cruise and drive my own race with no lane changes passing most but not all other traffic. Hell, even the truckers don't like the slow lane....

I must say slow left lane drivers annoy me A LOT in the US. I was driving down the turnpike in Florida a couple of weeks ago. Ended up behind a guy in a minicoach, he was doing 50 where the speed limit was 70 mph. Couldn't pass him on the right side because of another slow driver. I was stuck behind him for 10-15 miles. I tried getting him to move using indicators and high beams, but the guy wouldn't get out of the way no matter what. Thank god people are usually better at not getting "stuck" in the left lane here in Europe.
