An unusual sight, 15+Datsun's racing at Laguna the weekend of April 30th and May 1st. This is a spectator event come out and watch the Datsun's dominate. Walk the pits and see the cars and talk to the drivers!!

We will be racing our Roadster, and are expecting lots of 510's, three roadsters and a couple of Z cars at one of the best venues for racing, Laguna Seca, in Monterey California.

Hey Ron. I'm there! #7 in your race group. Can't wait. The car is ready to go. Took it out for testing last weekend at Reno-Fernley and scrubbed some tires and bedded some shoes and pads. Also, I burned up some 15+ year old rain tires in three laps. Good experience for the future. A guy in a GT3 Porsche decided to follow me and grabbed some funny video of me sliding the thing around. So there are SCCA signups and HSR Signups and I have no idea who is where other than other racers I talk to. Come pit with us, we are working on a big lineup of Datsun's and if you know anyone else racing a Datsun let me know.

We have had one 510 drop out so we are still at 15 Datsun's, this should be awesome!!

I'll be in line when the gates open Friday evening. I'm in the red F350 pulling the black enclosed trailer. Another friend of mine from Reno will be there with his Z too. He does everything at the last minute so he hasn't signed up yet. Good guy - Lee Mitchell

Great, that's even better news. My friend Tim Arnett will be there with his white and yellow roadster, and the plan is to try to group all the Datsun's together if we can. I will keep an eye out for you, and I will be driving my red and white Nissan Armada with RC Networks Racing on the side of my 20ft enclosed Carson trailer. Keep an eye out for us as well, I will be sure to add Lee and you to the list of known attending Datsuns.

I am waiting to see the HSR West entries. We should have a good Datsun showing. Looking forward to seeing you two. They will be running the Z's in big bore, which is great. I won this race too many times in the Medium bore (SPB3) class ; )

Sounds like fun. Please try to shoot some video that can be shared with us here. It would be nice to see some Z's and roadsters in action.
