Posted April 26, 201113 yr comment_354134 Im just going to start giving my thanks out to all of the active members on this forum now . Coming from - 2004 Infiniti G35 Coupe 6MT. Past cars - 2x s14 Nissan 240sx 2004 Nissan Titan 2000 GMC Sonoma ZR2 1994 Pontiac Firebird I will be taking delivery of a 78 280z coupe sometime within the next two weeks(Have to get it from Ohio). As this is my first "classic" car, I must say I am EXTREMELY eager to learn a whole lot from you guys. Im not trying to do anything too agressive to the s30. Plans for the 280 <-Please steer me in the right direction J-Spec front and rear bumper Some super aggresive flares A stretched tire and wide wheel setup As of right now that is it. Before i run an aggresive suspension setup i will most likely have to give the chasis some loving(reinforcements here and there). I'm not a "go fast" guy even know im young(25) In D.C. that is just not an option hahaha. Maybe after i get my initial things done i will start restoring things on it. Personally I prefer a rusted aged look. Again. Thanks ahead of time ladies and gents. Look forward to all the things i can learn from you Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/39388-soon-to-be-280z-owner-in-the-dc-area/ Share on other sites

April 27, 201113 yr comment_354232 The car sits well for a 280. It looks like it's already been lowered. Why muck with the suspension?Oh yeah...welcome to the club.
