April 28, 201113 yr comment_354274 You need a wiring diagram. All the wires, if original are color coded, ex. a "black" wire with a "green" stripe, etc. I have done well in the past just with the old Haynes diagrams. Possession of one is of upmost importance in the quest for a properly running Z car. Also, when all else fails, try acronym finder. With that mess? I'm going for "Flying Spaghetti Monster"... April 28, 201113 yr comment_354335 Be nice everyone, this is not the Jaguar Forum !! hrvat - I strongly suggest you purchase a Color Wiring Diagram from Prospero's Garage. http://www.colorwiringdiagrams.com/index.html, find the Datsun-Nissan link on the left. You will need Datsun Z2 -- Datsun 240Z (S330) Series I. It will be the best $20 you will spend on your Z (at least for now). These things are Big (11x17), Laminated and have a Money Back Guarantee. I don't push a vendors products unless I have personally benefited from their use/service. With the Rats Nest of wiring that you have, this will be a much needed resource. (Maybe I should be getting a commission?)
