Eibach 240Z springs in a 280Z?

I saw the other thread about installing 280Z springs on a 240Z and was wondering if they could be swapped the opposite way. I know they will physically bolt in, just looking for some real world experience and feedback. If no has tried it than I guess I will have to be the first! I have a '78 280Z and a friend has his complete suspension from his 240 with eibach lowering springs that he will sell me for a very nice price. I know they are a lighter spring rate and I am not looking to track/race the car yet. I am just looking to lower and enjoy the car for the summer until I finish my other Z project and can concentrate more on this one. I did try searching this and other forums to only find answers for 280 to 240 spring swaps. Thanks all for any help.
