Posted May 4, 201113 yr comment_354836 I was given a Datsun 280Z runs/drives tagged and inspected so all that is good, but it has been in an accident and I am having to locate front end parts: hood, bumper, grill, headlight "extension" and a few other things. My daughter and I are going to do all of the work ourselves. We rock crawl and mud our Suzuki samurais and have plenty of mechanical experience, but I NOTHING about Z cars. We are in the Houston area and would love to meet up with a few people that knows this car in & out to help with knowledge.Any thing I need to be worried about? rust, cracks, frame sections? May 5, 201113 yr comment_354855 Welcome to the site. You will find a wealth of collective knowledge here. You can search past forums and get answers to many of your questions. You are close to a great parts source, Courtesy Nissan in Texas. If you have specific questions post them and someone usually comes through. jlp Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/39476-learning-for-daughters-280/#findComment-354855 Share on other sites
