What's the thread size of this bolt?

Hmm.....interesting. When I turn the wheel all the way to the left and return to death straight the steering wheel tend to move slightly over to the left side, not straight. Same thing happen when I turn to the right as well. I guess is the alignment problem then if the steering bolt is not the cause. Thanks guys, appreciate the help.

I see lots of poly bushings in your photo so it may be a tie rod/alignment issue or slop or wear in your rack. However the steering can become sloppy if the steering rack to cross member bushings fail or if the U clamps holding them are loose :
