Posting a picture

I thought it was about time I put up a picture of my out of restoration S30, after being a member a good while but I could not. I put one in the garage section OK. On clicking on the attachments bit above (where I am typing), or manage attachments below, a pop up comes up. Click, add file (the picture I want to put up in not in the "home" section of pics I have used). Once clicked add file, there are two choices, upload from your computer, or website. Only the website will work, not the pics from the computer (where the pic I want to put is). I have tried a couple of web browsers, both the same...or has the website moved to a "get from Photobucket" way of doing things.

Or, and I being a muppet?
