Nice updates mate, looking great. How did you go with parts from the sand blaster. I'm so confused here....everyone tells me something different, don't do it, do it, make sure they use this medium or that medium....



Sand blasting is a tricky one. We have had a few cars from various blaster pretty much desrtroyed over the years.

What i have been doin is paint stripping the panels first and highlight the areas with pink spray can to show where to hit. This seems by far the best method but you still have to find a good blaster as well which is hard :(.

The guy i have been using uses garnet which is pretty fine and works well, i use the same stuff in my cabinet.

I have thought about soda blasting but i think i will just keep doin is this way, atm it's only cost be about 50 for stripper and includeing the price of the blaster to get this stuff done.

Still got the wooden hand brake, just trying to replicate a gtr.
