anyone help me whice offset i buy panasport wheels 16x7??

some guys use 0 offset and some +6 what is the diffrents?

i want somthing to be inside the wheel well and end in the edge of the fender.

Go to MINILITEWHEELS.US and select TECH

i beleive the zero offset would give you the deep lip look. while going with the positive offset would give you less. it all depends on how you want your car to look.
