vacuum control knob

I recently replaced the vacuum hose from the vacuum accumulator on the right side of the engine compartment. It provided the vacuum for my air conditioning and when it would split, there would be no air blowing from the vents. It fed throught the fire wall and connected behind the radio console.

I removed the plastic panel in the passenger footwell covering the blower motor and the radio console. There are small panels on each side of the radio console that need to be removed before you can get to the radio console screws. It's a good idea to replace the other vacuum lines while you're there.

Really a pretty simple fix and took me a couple of hours.
