Darrel - That's a Franklin - Studebaker building. Franklin was an American made automobile. That building was utilized by Kurland Datsun as well as the 1144 S. Broadway building. As I remember, they stored their inventory in the Franklin - Studebaker building as it had ramps to drive cars to the upper floors and you would exit out of the left side of the building where the big window is.
