For a yet undetermined reason, the part hasn't worked perfectly- not an installation or compatibility issue.

Difficult to return for refund or replace (as initially offered) so LLC gave me a substantial refund to repair.

Like all interstate transactions, maintain a good relationship with your credit card company. (LLC resolved the issue without the threat of my platinum credit card's complaint process).

I've never dealt with them, but I often read on this forum about rebuilt items (e.g. engines) they market that look really pretty on the outside but are junk on the inside. Be careful.

Glad you're happy with him. I wouldn't buy a pack of gum from Mr. Al Allen. Past experience. Search and you'll find many others that feel that way.
