The fuse in the fuse box under the console is good.Are there fuses for the wiper in any other location? How can I test thhe switch on the steering column to insuure its gooc. August 23, 201113 yr comment_364669 Find the wiring diagram. You'll find it in the BE section of the supplement manual posted at XenonS30. It should indicate any inline fuses. The switch can be tested for continuity at the different on positions.Are you sure you got the wiper motor for the 71? August 25, 201113 yr comment_364785 Have you greased wiper arms properly? I got mine working by dismantling it and greasing it. If they are stuck, it wont work.
