Tell us what you've got planned for your car in 2003.

Rules-

1)Post only once to avoid clutter

2)List all your to do items and try to be realistic

3)Once you have completed a goal, edit your original post and let us know the outcome

I wish you all goodluck with your goals and may you fulfil them with change left in your pockets.

My aim for this year includes-

2)Complete car by buying odds and ends including; ashtray, door handle ends

3)Reco carbies *edit 16-Jan* Recoed carbies. It now idles smoothly and accelerates better.

3a)*edit 06-Jan* Reco engine and give it a mild treatment including 260/270 degree cam with 0.460 lift, rocker arms, heads etc

4)Exhaust 2.5" *edit 10-Jan* Got a 2.5" Lukey system fitted today with a 3.5" tip that neatly fits the hole. Very nice and very noisy.

5)Rustproof treatment

6)Airdam and headlight covers. This is a maybe as the current stock look is growing on me

Hmm, let's see.

Paint the underside of the 71 and put the suspension back on it that has already been rebuilt.

Put an engine back in it, have to decide which one first...

Start the body work for a re-paint possibly by next year:cross-eye

Either strip the wrecked car or strip the parts car to fix the wrecked one.

Try to find the floor in the garage again....:ermm:

Get one car as a roller and the other one out of the way, paint the floor of the garage, which should have been done long ago...:stupid:
