I took all my suspension apart and working on putting back together, but the new ball joints sem as if they need to be put on a press is this correct can seem to go easely


Are you saying you can't remove the ball joint?.

Sometimes they can be very tight in the taper, and may require a press to remove them.

Whoa! youre assembling. Eithwr you have installed the steering arms upside down or you have the wrong ball joints. Wait! Are we talking tie rod ends or ball joint at the base of the struts? There are differences in the early ones. There is a great thread on here somewhere...

Your build date may be the issue. Check out the thread below to see if you are are dealing with the early style steering knuckles.
