Hey guys! My name's Eric and I recently pulled my '77 280z home to start my very first rebuild. I've actually owned this car for several years but I'm just now finding the time to put into it. When I raised the hood I realized just how little I know about Z's....and cars in general for that matter. I started perusing the web in search of manuals/diagrams/forums and landed here. Seems like a good community here and I can't wait to start posting " Help me!!!" threads. I plan on documenting every step of the way. I'll have plenty of pics to post tomorrow. That site has a LOAD of information including scanned copies of the FSM if you don't have one which is a big help. Great community here so many nice people and some of the wisest of Z folks.

So what's the background story of the car? Or at least since you've owned it?
