Lithium grease helps lube the plastic. I never chased the threads yet. Here is the broken one Details of the broken fastener Solution: Ace Hardware SAE nutsert and am M6 1.0mm tap. Taps easy... the one in foreground is tapped and is now metric Fits nicely Done!
