(ok, most of you). See, I don't have the patience to perform any kind of resto. Strip the body for paint??? Are you nuts?!?I'm actually really glad there are those of you out there willing to take cars into a finely restored state. It will help the marque in the long run. 20 years form now when these cars are rare and expensive, you will be our idols.I like fast, loud, fun, easy, 20 foot cars. Now the other car? Over the weekend I've decided not to just reco the engine and carbs but to buy new SU's and go mild on the engine. Have organised the 2.5" zorst and carbs and am shopping for a mechanic to do my engine work. Have spoken to a guy from Thornleigh Cylinder Heads & Engine Reconditioning and also to Ned from Hercules who builds animal engines. Either of them would do a good job in my opinion. MSA valances (f,r,rh,lh) NEW PAINT!!!! headlight covers All new carpet & embroitered (240Z) floor mats WORKING DASH CLOCK!! Reapolstered seats New door panels w/ all acesaries New tail lights and gaskets All new side marker lights (4) A new set of rims w/ Tires I'm sure there will be more .......As you can see.....
