I know that value is all in what will someone pay for it but...I am having trouble finding comparabiles to help me determine the value of this car. It has just recently had a new paint job with new badging etc. The odometer reads 77,837. No rust, good frame rails, T-tops don't leak, runs great. All around a car in nice condition. What would something like this be worth in today's market...roughly.

No telling without details. I would guess somewhere between $2-8k, with the high end only being an exceptional show quality car.

So far as collectability goes, much would depend on the number-at least for those that care about that. Other than the brown/black two tone paint job, and the commemorative number plate, the car is the same as all others made that year. I would suggest looking at the pricing of other S130 cars of similar overall condition, and add a bit for the collector specific markings.

One data point that might be useful is to use the Advanced search feature on ebay and select Completed auctions as one of your search criteria.

There was guy a few years back that sold (or claims to have sold) one of these for some ludicrous amount. His was one of the Red/Black ones. The threads were, at least, entertaining, if nothing else and both ended up being locked:
