In '85 I was busing tables at The Red Lobster for the summer then back to school. As I was wiping the booth seating I found a wallet between the seat and the back rest, about a 4" crevice, threw it in the bus tub and finished the table up very quickly. Carried the wallet into the restroom and it had 15 hundred dollar bills in it. That was more than my car cost so I knew someone would be back soon. I turned it over to the cashier then she to the manager. 2 days later someone called and claimed it. Didn't even shake my hand because they came in and got and left. I got my picture in The Red Lobster Newsletter though! That was the first time that I had to make that big of a decision, do the right thing or don't, it was the best feeling doing the right thing. The Golden Rule rules.

Moot point since a bird that small couldn't possibly carry a coconut......(those unfaliliar will think we've both lost our minds!)

Were those coconuts used for the horses' hooves cloping dropped from a swallow? Seems like they were, I was sleepy when I watched that. If someone did find a wallet or bag of money and could buy it what's the Datsun Holy Grail? Lowest numbered 240? Last produced Z? I bet both are in a museum somewhere in Japan.

Now that is a worthy topic for discussion. I’m sure it has been done before but whatever.

That article reads a little suspicious to me. Surf shorts and 1 million in $50 notes. When I found that wallet with 15 hundred dollar bills in a booth the only thing in it besides the money was a pack of J&B 1.25's (rolling papers). And it took him 2 days to figure out where he left it!
