Welcome Mike,

you are in the right place to learn about Z's. A word of advice-please take time to use proper english in your posts. This is not the place to TEXT your thoughts. It is hard for the members to help you out when we don't understand you. Most folks will not even try to read thru a post like yours.

I am not a moderator here, just a fellow poster with some friendly advice.

Welcome to the site, and to the world of the Z car....

Before you start anything with your shell, you need to be very serious with yourself. What are you wanting to do with the car? A full on restoration, a resto-mod (engine swaps, body kits, updated bits, etc.), total modification (non Nissan powertrain, non Z dash/interior, etc.) How much are you willing to spend?

Think about these things, then start making a list of what you'll need to get there...

Once you've done that, post your thoughts; you'll get more responses and assistance to your queries (even if the response is to send you to hybridz)... and by all means find and use the search function. Even if you decide to go total modification, there is much to learn here about non-modded subjects (body work, electrical gremblins, maintenance of stock internals-fuel line issues, exhaust fumes, etc.)

And be sure to post pics.

This is a very helpful site but if you expect anybody to share their technical expertise you need to do the following:

>>>> when you post you need to type sentences that reflect you had schooling in English and proper grammar

>>>> brush up on your spelling and use a dictionary to get it write if you don't have "spell check"

>>>> drop the slang and use appropriate words ....... whats up will trigger the delete button

>>>> and if you don't have time to do it right you might as well just join the Army and fight the terrorists around the globe

Generation-X better step up to the bar soon and learn how to pay the bill or they will turn into the "forgotten generation"

I sense irony...
