Does anyone know about ebayer taaroa477?

Hello,

I payed him 710 U.S.D for a set of wheels.They were once

on ebay and sold,but the buyer was a non payment buyer

.

Then taaroa477 offered me the wheels and I payed him 10th Nov via Paypal.

I asked him repeatedly when he is going to ship but he does not reply me .

I have been waiting a month but no reply.

What should I do?

Your purchase may have been covered by Ebay buyer protection. Check the listing and contact Ebay as well about this. You should also be sure to leave negative feedback so future buyers are warned. But I believe Ebay will suspend him with this size of a transaction. Good luck.

I have seen the guy on Ebay and had an email thread going with him one time. I will email him, to highly advise that he mail your stuff right away. I hope he is not trying to rip you off.

I am having trouble with him to. I bought a steering wheel that was very far from "pristine". I told him I didn't want it....he said send it back for a full refund. I did send it but it was returned to me as "delivery refused"....I have filed a claim with e-bay to try and recoup my money. He will not respond to any messages thru e-bay. He's a scum bag. Good luck kat's....file a claim with e-bay.

I am trying to report this problem to ebay but I am worried about I might not be able to, because the item which I paid for is not my wining bid.

As I told before, taaroa477 offered me to sell the wheels for me when the wheels were still active on ebay.

I did not make a bid because he said he sells the wheels for me, but I see someone became a wining bidder.

taaroa477 still keeps ignoring me, he does not reply for my e-mail since 25th Nov. He said he would ship monday( 28th Nov)

Try communicating with t***2, the winning bidder. He might help you find out where the wheels are. Probably they're in his garage. PayPal should do something. Sorry to hear of your misfortune.

I got ripped off for an $800 synth I sent to Israel in the 90's. I had a friend go to the address and "tell" the guy I was not happy. It sorted itself out.

The seller lists Redding, California, United States as his address.

He has not had anything for sale for at least 30 days. You have got to file a claim with pay pal if you have not done so. If you used a credit card you need to file a dispute with them as well.

The guy who bought them is flight2cdg and left positive feedback on the wheels December 8th. You can try to contact him through ebay as suggested but I do not think he would respond. You could send him an email through ebay and simply ask him for the mailing address of taaroa477, the seller of the wheels he bought. Tell him you bought something from him (don't say the wheels) but have not been able to contact him. See if he will give you an address.
