zhead240 Posted December 27, 2011 Share #13 Posted December 27, 2011 dispute has to be made within 45 day after payment. after that you have no recourse. also the transaction has to be done through the auction. if payment was done with a credit card your chances are good you will be reimburst in full provides you are in good standing with them. FrankieZD Posted December 27, 2011 Share #14 Posted December 27, 2011 I've never dealt with this guy but im surprised he has 100% positive feedback. That usually would cause me to buy from him with no worries. Obviously a mistake.Someone need to get some negative info out there.

Mike W Posted January 13, 2012 Share #17 Posted January 13, 2012 I just ran across this thread and the eBay'ers name rang a bell, so I did some research into my past emails and it turns out that I had a transaction with this seller in the past. In reading through the email exchanges that I had with him, I have been able to get some additional info on this company / person that will hopefully help kats to at least get his money back. The information that I have is as follows:Sellers name is Wayne Sava. The address that I have for him is 1172 Old Salem Road NESuite 6Albany, Oregon, 97321The email that I have for him is ssherman1@live.comBased on how our transaction went I also have a phone number for his as well. The number that I have is 503 428 2615.Our transaction was a little convoluted, but in the end it worked out. It started when I purchased a set of half shafts from him on eBay but realized after they had been shipped to me that they were the wrong ones for my car (R180 vs R200). In the effort to resolve this, he sent me a phone number so we could discuss the situation first hand and find a resolution. I received his mailing address so I could send the original shafts back to him. This all took place between May and August of 2010.I remember talking to him on the phone and he indicated that he had quite a stock of all Z parts. I ended up ordering a set of springs from him as well based on that conversation. It took quite a while to get the springs but I ultimaely did receive them. However right after that he literally vanished and before I ever received the replacement half shafts and so eventually I just wrote it off. However around mid February of 2011 I saw some new ads from the same seller on eBay and so I contacted the person. He remembered the original transaction and I reminded him of the fact the the half shafts were never shipped. I received them about 2 weeks later so in the end he made good. I really hope this helps kats get his money back.Mike.
het976 Posted January 13, 2012 Share #18 Posted January 13, 2012 Hi...I know Wayne and just sent him a text summary of this. I have always found him to be 100% standup guy. Let's hope he can clear this up quickly.
JohnnyO Posted January 14, 2012 Share #19 Posted January 14, 2012 Just to clear things up a little "flight2cdg" is a middle-man or proxy that ebayers in Japan use when they want to purchase from sellers that do not ship to Japan. It is a service that Kats probably paid for in addition to the $710.00 he paid for the wheels and shipping. If this is the case, I would imagine he has already contacted flight2cdg in regards to this transaction and they probably told him that they have not received the wheels and that they are not responsible. Here's a link to the middle-mans profile:http://cgi3.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewUserPage&userid=flight2cdgGood luck Kats.John
