My factory radio seems pretty sketchy. For instance, last night the display went out for a while. LOL I have a brand new metal faceplate for an aftermarket radio. Is that the best way to go or should I go with one of the plastic install kits?

Also, the previous owner removed the antenna for some reason. Apparently, they missed some rust and there's a bubble under the paint in that location. Should I attempt to install a new antenna when I get that spot repainted?
