383chevelle Posted January 8, 2012 Share #1 Posted January 8, 2012 I have been lurking around here for a little while reading up on many different topics. Finally got my car washed and figured I would introduce my self and my car. I have a 1971 240z, mostly original from what I can tell. I have had the car a few months now and have finally started doing some stuff to it. Had a twice pipe system installed with just two small glasspacks in the rear of the car. It's a little too loud so I will be getting a second set installed in the middle of the car to quiet it down just a bit. Aside from that I have just been doing some maintance things that need to be done. I will have some videos up some of the exterior and interior of the car soon. Thats about it just want to say hey and thanks I have already found a ton of information that has helped with many of the small issues that I have had so far. d240zx2 Posted January 9, 2012 Share #7 Posted January 9, 2012 Good lookin' car, 383. Now you gotta rid yourself of that bowtie handle. If'n you stuff an old Mopar 383 in that Z, you can call yourself 383Z. That'll confuse the folks at Nissan for a while. Seriously, now, that is truly a splendid looking Z. You should be proud.Frank

Zedyone_kenobi Posted January 9, 2012 Share #9 Posted January 9, 2012 LOve the car and the color. So that is what my silver Z would look like with no bumperettes on it the front.Interesting.. (scratches chin!)
