January 10, 200322 yr Author comment_22850 Nothing special. It's the background engine that this whole site uses. I wanted to log this in case anyone found errors. There 'shouldn't' be any problems. But, we all know how that goes. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/4211-upgrade-today/#findComment-22850 Share on other sites
January 11, 200322 yr comment_22958 Mike -Not sure if this is related, but I just posted a new thread on the For Sale forum, and the message I typed ran along as one whole line once it posted, rather that automatically inserting line breaks so that you don't have to scroll right and left to read it. (hope that makes sense!). I've never experienced this with any of my posts previously, but I have seen it on occasion from other folks (not necessarily on this board, however). What I did was edited my post to insert carriage returns after each line, so I could read it without scrolling right-left.the text I copied only did it with the line showing the posting server inofrmation (I think that's the one).(BTW, SBC finally figured out what was wrong with my e-mail - thanks for your response yesterday) garyEDIT: OK, it didn't do that on this post, but maybe it's because I'm replying to an existing thread instead of creating a new one?EDIT 2: Stupid Gary! I think I know what happened. I just noticed the original text message that I pasted was that way, so I suppose that when I copied it here, it simply formatted on the forum as it originally appeared in the message. So, I don't think anything is wrong with the forum. I'll shut up now and go back to my corner!
