Big Project..... Dont know where to post this...

Hi im new to the forum. but posted here years ago when i first got my 77 280.

the car got totaled in a minor accident where somebody rear ended me. (low value of the car) but I've held on to it for the past 10 years or so.

my most recent car was a 2004 G35 Coupe with a six speed and Brembos. a couple of weeks ago i totaled that car when i hydroplaned on the freeway at 70 and slid into the cable guardrail.

i will be getting the car back for super cheap and the damage is all cosmetic with the drive train untouched.... Soooooo guess what i will be working on next?

i intend on using the entire drive train, engine to rear differential. obviously there will be custom mounts everywhere, a custom drive shaft, and figuring out the correct geometry of the whole thing.

the parts i need guidance on are: spedo (digital harness to analog/mechanical meter), connecting rear end to wheels (transplant suspension, axles and breaks? or is there an easier way to get it up and running quicker?)

thanks for all of your help!

This is classiczcars.com You want to go to www.hybridz.org to get help with your project. They are stern taskmasters over there though, so best to browse through the forums first and do some reading before asking questions. Your project will take a lot of work, and either lots of money or very good fabricating skills, or both.
