February 8, 201213 yr comment_380216 Why would you do only the front? You will have a terrible ride and handling if you have a stiffer, lowering spring in front and a soft, stock spring in the back. That's a lose-lose in my book. All else you seek can be found with a quick search, perhaps with key words such as "Tokico", "springs", "lowering", etc. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/42216-tokico-5020-f/#findComment-380216 Share on other sites

February 9, 201213 yr comment_380252 You could cut off a coil, or half a coil, from each spring. This would lower the car evenly and is free unless unexpected costs arise while you are in there. The pitfall to lowering the car by cutting the stock springs is it will bottom out more easily than using the Tokico springs which have a higher spring rate than the stock springs.
