February 20, 201213 yr comment_381514 Hey Silvey,If you are talking about the Headlight Heavy Duty Harness 70-040, it just plugs into the original headlight bulb connector. I have this installed on my car, works great. Be sure and wrap it with black electrical tape before you install it, if you don't want that yellow wire loom to be so noticable. February 21, 201213 yr comment_381601 Actually, you don't have to expand the hole if it is like my 73. I just carefully removed each pin from the connector, after noteing location of wires, and slipped the terminals through the hole separatly. On the other side of the bucket all you have to do is reinstall the terminals into the connector.Bryce Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/42354-bd-headlight-wire-kit/#findComment-381601 Share on other sites

February 26, 201213 yr comment_382150 It's amazing how safe you feel behind the wheel when you can actually see the road, I didn't go projector but relays and halogens sure beat the 5 candel power highbeams I started with.
