Hey Silvey,

If you are talking about the Headlight Heavy Duty Harness 70-040, it just plugs into the original headlight bulb connector. I have this installed on my car, works great. Be sure and wrap it with black electrical tape before you install it, if you don't want that yellow wire loom to be so noticable.

ok but now getting the connector out of the light bucket ill just have to expand the hole a bit.i wanna up grade this befor i do the wireing for the HID kit. i just wanna be safe so i dont burn anything out.

Actually, you don't have to expand the hole if it is like my 73. I just carefully removed each pin from the connector, after noteing location of wires, and slipped the terminals through the hole separatly. On the other side of the bucket all you have to do is reinstall the terminals into the connector.

i had to expand them for the HID bulb the back was hitting but its ok a little grind and problem solved i installed the kit with no problem and its working great my lights are super bright now.

It's amazing how safe you feel behind the wheel when you can actually see the road, I didn't go projector but relays and halogens sure beat the 5 candel power highbeams I started with. LOL
