Hi all,

We've just added a new module that should be quite useful to most of you. This is a "Journal" module and allows all registered users to keep their own personal diary.

You can create your own topics and content. Each topic can be private or public. If you have valuable technical information about the Zcar, these Journals are a great way to keep track of that information.

We are also planning to add a lot more technical Zcar information using these journals because they support HTML code. That's right, if you already have a technical write-up about the Zcar, you can upload the code right into the journal content.

The journal module has been added to the Main Menu to the left.

Keep track of your thoughts for the day, use it as a daily diary, log your progress on that Zcar restoration, or just have a play.

I think the problem might be in the link.. Are you clicking on the link from the menu or from this thread? We have two domains and sometimes you have to log into both domains to get it to work right.

This only happens when you are logged into 240z.org and then follow a link to classiczcars.com. If you aren't logged into classiczcars.com, it will ask you to log in.

I've been trying to figure out how to fix all of that so both domains keep the same cookie, but, I haven't come up with a solution.

Anyway, use the link from the Main Menu and tell me if that works.

I'm having trouble too. I tried edit to add hard returns by wrapping the paragraphs with "<p></p>" and my edits didn't take.

HAHA! the "bracket p endbracket" and "bracket /p endbracket" obviously worked in my above post though!!:stupid:

Use HTML code to get those carriage returns to take.

Putting in a < p > (without the spaces) will start a new paragraph. Putting in a < br > will insert a line break.

That's just what I did. The edits did not take. When I re-edit the former edits are not there.

If you look at the edit window.. it says put your paragraphs inside < p > and < /p > code. For each paragraph... put the < p > in front and then the < /p > at the end.

Well, I'm back to trying to build my Journal.. seems this old issue with < p > tags still doesn't work... Any updates Mike?
