Posted March 15, 201212 yr comment_384131 Hi everyone, I'm new to owning my 1973 240z but have always had a passion for the Z line. I purchase the car 3 weeks ago with plans to make it a daily but since I'm moving to Florida in a month ive been slaving every free hour I have to prepare it for the move. I'm new to carbs but have experience with everything else. So I might be posting a lot. Any help is appreciated and thank you for welcoming me into the Z community. : 1973 240z originally blue ( I think. ) came with 4 barrel conversion. (lots of hidden bonding and rust, seized 4 barrel conversion, electrical problems, cut wires, traffic signs floors, and cracked dash. . But I still live my Z! March 15, 201212 yr comment_384146 There was a pretty big Z Club in the Orlando area - good central location. Hot in the summer.. Only an hour or so from Daytona and the Cape.. It takes most Northerners about two years to adapt to the heat/humidity in central Florida - after that your almost a native! Sure is nice to drive your Z year round...FWIW,Carl B. March 15, 201212 yr Author comment_384147 Thanks, I hope the Z club is there still. I'm originally from Orlando so it should only take a few months to dust of these few years of northern winters off.
