Works okay though the rubber in the center is very thin. I couldn't remember if there was even a grommet there originally. This is the bolt it is covering.... Interesting, I learned something today. Because I installed my moustache bar without every accessing that hole or putting a wrench on that bolt. I did it all from underneath.
