Restoring 79 280ZX NA

Hello

Was wondering if any one out there had interior parts for a standard 280 zx, Ive contacted several people on the classified adds and it seemed as though they were going to sell me parts, but when it came down to it, just kinda got left hung out to dry so to speak. Im trying to build this one up on a tight budget, so going to the zcarstore is a little on the high side for me for what i need.

If anyone has interior parts that they are looking to get rid of, feel free to e-mail me.

What interior parts are you looking for? I have a few odds and ends sitting about. If you were to list (or preferably post photos of) what you're looking for, you'll most likely get better results.

Well, if i was to do that, it would probably be close to the whole interior . The ZX that i have prolly should have gone to the bone yard, but i couldnt let it happen.

As far as parts needed

defroster vents on top of the dash

both vents between door and dash

B pillar plastic covers that go from the threshold plates to the roof of the car

threshold plates

Parts that would make life a little easier

1/4 window panels

rear Taillight Panels

Driver side rear 1/4 panel

Engine compartment

Would be nice to find a windshield washer tank and a radiator overflow tank for the ones i have are all cracked up.

Once i can find the pics of what the car looked like when i got it i will post them up. Ive switched computers (rebuilt one) and the hard drives are laying off to the side so i gotta put those back in to get the picks

Im going to use a dash cap for now on the dash but in time will probably replace the dash in it as well.

As far as the color of the parts, im not worried about it, the plastic pieces are going to get dyed, and the covered parts are probably going to get recovered.

So if anyone has the parts, id be willing to purchase them via paypal as long as it doesnt break the bank so to speak. looking at the zcarsource.com stuff, i have to figure out a different way to approach this because

they are just to expensive for my blood.
