Just found out about this oldschool event, this is from the webpage at www.theheritagefestival.com. On the Face Book at www.facebook.com/pages/The-Heritage-Festival/365069440174835

Classic car clubs and shows pepper the west coast. Many of us here on the east look on in admiration of the cleanly restored early models these shows collect. Its about that time that one of us asks, "Why doesn't anyone do that over here on the east coast"?

For the last ten years or so I have watched some of those same friends build a large infrastructure around that very question. One such example is drifting and a group called Club Loose. In the last decade they have built a drift brand that, at one event, pulled in over 3000 spectators and 120 driver participants including the top names in the sport as well as currrent and past US drift champions.

We will be sharing Englishtown New Jersey's Raceway Park with them at their largest event of the year (East Coast Bash - June 30th and July 1st) and hope to grow the event with the addition of 100 or so vehicles in the car show. It's our goal to make this not just a car show but a Japanese classic car Festival. The largest classic/historic celebration of classic Japanese cars in the states.

Whose interested in going to this?
