Took me three days to get to Phoenix from Vista {San Diego}... When I tried to drive the BRE Baja Z back to Florida. Gave up on the original idea of driving the car home - when I got to Phoenix, then Bob Bondurant helped me raise the coil overs high enough to get the car loaded on a transport.. gnosez Posted April 20, 2012 Share #9 Posted April 20, 2012 It was just under 1,000 to Nashville, over a 1,000 to Savannah, more than 1,300 to Florida and it's 991 miles to the Tail of the Dragon (which I drive non-stop on the return leg). Done it in the 240 and with the Z on a trailer. Plan ahead, get the car prepped, bring spare parts, drive in a group and enjoy the ride....
