Dave Patton took over the business last year. He has parts in stock but he's I believe too busy to do any rebuilding right now.

Do you have a air fuel ratio meter hooked up to your exhaust?

I run the 44PHH size and long story short, I need 3 float needle and seats. In the Mikuni catalog I noticed that they

come in several different sizes. Do any of you know what size you run or the size they came with new?

Got the correct Mikuni float needle valves. They are installed and measurement set. What was in mine were the old Grose Jets for those who remember those.

Turns out they were set for too high fuel level in bowls. And I also found out they are prone to leaking. On Wednesday I am hoping to run it again.

Should be much better. And here I thought It was running pretty good.

Did you know there are 5 different models of Mikuni side draft carbs? Wolfcreek shows all 5 on their website so you can ID yours.

Now that I have the float system corrected it is really responsive to the throttle now. Best its been. Now I am looking for my

36mm chokes to try out. Its only been about 25 years since I removed them for the 34mm. 

I have custom 38's in mine
