Hi, If you use PPG Deltron base coat, and you pick their prime variant for that paint code, you will use the following colors,

DMD 1682 CRS ALUM. 78.3 parts

DMD 1690 CRS ALUM. 13.7 parts

DMD 1683 BLACK 1.5 parts

DMD 614 BLUE 1.0 parts

This was for a 3 Fluid Ounce mix

If you have any further questions, let me know as their is also two other variant colors for that paint code which would call for further colors needed to mix
