Correct gear oil for transmission and rear end?

For my 1971 FairladyZ-L, what is the correct gear oil for the 5-speed transmission and rear end, not using synthetics?

The book says Castrol HyPoy but that doesn't seem to be available ...

The 1970 Owner's Manual says:

Transmission: GL-4 SAE 80 or SAE 90

Differential: GL-5 SAE 80 SAE 90

The modern oils seems to only be commonly available in 80W90 which will be fine.
