Where does the forward end of this spring (#23 in drawing below) attach to the linkage?

I can see the hook welded to the body for the back end of the spring.

Blue, I looked at my car and there is a tiny hole right in front of part #22 towards the back of the car. It is maybe 1/16th of an inch from it so it is very close.
