June 8, 201212 yr comment_392464 FSM calls for 1/16"-7/32" toe in. You cannot adjust camber or castor with stock components. Beyond being just plain embarrasing at the alignment shop "What do you mean you can't adjust castor on these cars?" I still don't understand why they did not engineer that in, but since you've already bought the parts I won't go back down that road. June 10, 201212 yr Author comment_392584 Job is complete except for getting the alignment done. I may just try to do it myself There is only one nut turn on each side. Anyway, she is ready to drive until my engine gets here, but that is another thread! June 15, 201212 yr Author comment_393142 Not sure I will ever put one in there. The heat would make it run non stop. Total energy hog.But during the engine install, I may have to add one. Will be many hot days in the garage Edited June 15, 201212 yr by Zedyone_kenobi Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/43379-front-end-refresh-oh-oh/?&page=5#findComment-393142 Share on other sites
June 15, 201212 yr comment_393152 Stephen, As long as you keep the fridge FULL, once cooled the beer will serve as a flywheel and keep the fridge cool (by the way, would light beer be like a lightened flywheel?). Since the thermostat is on the inside the fridge insulation will keep if from cycling too often. I do agree that a full sized fridge would be a waste of electricity-and space.
