Ben's Z

Are there pictures of it at the 1978 show? Keep in mind that this car was built in 1978 so of course it looks dated now. I'm sure it was hot looking back then. Times change. Something's fishy with this car. I don't buy the 14k miles. I don't think those wheels were around in '78. Hmmm...5-lug wheels??? Same for the fender vents, Super Coil, air intake, mirrors, etc.

There was a Z in the mid to late 70's that was strictly a GP race version that had the whale tail, fender flares and air scoops, also had a type of G nose only saw it one time, it looked good painted deep black. I dunno about this one, pleated velour interior and no fuzzy dice hangin from the mirror whats up with that?

This is what happens when you go half way on a body kit. Had they stopped looking at the money and focused on the car you would have a great looking ride. Although I am not a fan of the bulky spoiler and fender treatments, if they would have just gone the extra mile to remove the back battering ram and finished the vallance, the whole tone of the thread would be different.

I hope the right person got the car and gets the job finished.

When we discuss a 35 year old hi mod car, milage be damed, It will eat at your mind and money no matter what the odometer says.

Where has the Klingon gotten off to?
