July 11, 201212 yr comment_395413 Fire Extinguisher. Small ones are cheap and can be mounted somewhere for a racer look. Mine hides behind the seat. Not sure about the leak - still learning. Had a leak yesterday, loose clamp. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/43681-vacuum-problems/?&page=2#findComment-395413 Share on other sites
July 11, 201212 yr comment_395420 The float is either not adjusted correctly or isn't "floating" anymore. Could also be the valve that the float actuates is bad or fuel pressure is too high. Although if the other carb isn't leaking then I doubt it's fuel pressure. July 11, 201212 yr comment_395422 Float might be stuck, like mine was. Tapped the top of the bowl lid no more sticking. Might need to see if it is floating or sticking.
