Posted August 11, 201212 yr comment_398345 Well apparently I made an account here when I first bought my car (2008), but have never actually made a post! My name's Ian, and there's a possibruity that you recognize my username, or my car. I whore it way out haha I'm from Las Vegas, and I'm currently setting my car up for drifting, and being as low as possible. and here is my car: (I've since lowered the front half an inch to get rid of that terrible reverse-rake) So much time and effort to fix the rear camber, and so much more to mess up the front and yes, the passenger side is (still) smashed up and this is sort of what my engine looks like: and yes, I get down: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yp7g_xUJwOI http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JqLpViCcLHE Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/44076-four-year-late-introduction/ Share on other sites
August 12, 201212 yr comment_398386 Is a limited slip differential essential for drifting? I know that when I really get on the gas in a tight corner I get wheel spin from the inside wheel (I think) but I don't think it would sustain a drift for very long. August 12, 201212 yr Author comment_398433 I've got a welded. I had a VLSD from a Z32 at one point, but broke an axle. Went to this welded and haven't looked back.BUT, I have had friends out at the track with open diffs and have been able to hold drifts, it's all about momentum.
