Don't know the correct measurement procedure, but from the center bottom edge of the bumpers, the front is 17.625" and the rear is 16.5".

BTW I'm here in New Port Richey.

You say you don't have a record of strut service, but it's unlikely that they've never been changed. Nevertheless, if you should have the rare luck of having factory struts, you will likely find someone restoring a stock car that would gladly purchase those originals from you.

Went over to see Carl Beck yesterday. He was as gracious as he was knowledgable. Learned my front bumper height was good but my read suspension is 3/4" low. From our conversation, I was able to lay out a strategy for the next year or two.

This is essentially Excel on-line. Go to the row where your car should be and perform an insert - example: if you should be between 10 and 11, go to 11 and click on the row # to select the entire row. Next, right click and select insert row. You will get a new row to enter your data. Be sure to enter your new row in the correct sequence of VIN #'s. Don't depend on someone sorting the file for you. All new entries and changes are auto-saved. Let us know how it works for you.

Ben,

Per my original reponse, entries and changes are auto-saved. You have a 280Z so you should select that tab at the bottom of the screen. You entry will fall between rows 35 and 36.

Just an update. Replaced the rear shocks with KYB's and the ride height is now correct. Apparently the high pressure section of the monotube design does contribute to the spring rate.
