August 28, 201212 yr comment_400022 Datsun parts hoarders get a better return on their money than any 401k investment out there. I plugged the numbers into a return on investment calculator and you got 294% return over the 16 years you've owned the dealer bought covers. But, on the other hand, little chance that the cover's value will drop to zero like stock could. There's something to be said for buying two of everything and packing one away to use or sell at a later date.Dennis Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/44229-jdm-s30-headlight-covers700/#findComment-400023 Share on other sites
August 28, 201212 yr comment_400024 Damn - those are really pretty! Unique with the chrome trim and exterior mount. Some agressive bidding going on and almost 3 days yet to run on the auction. Any speculation on where they will top out? August 28, 201212 yr comment_400026 That trim ring is stainless, I think. I have a set for a G-nose and the ring is stainless. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/44229-jdm-s30-headlight-covers700/#findComment-400026 Share on other sites
August 29, 201212 yr comment_400051 They are USED... I don't see how he can list them as "NEW - see details" I've seen them sell for anywhere between $400.00 used to $1400.00 New.You don't have to be wealthy to buy one thing you really want - that cost less than a couple grand. You just have to REALLY WANT it. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/44229-jdm-s30-headlight-covers700/#findComment-400051 Share on other sites
