Posted January 25, 200322 yr comment_24529 I have a triple weber carb setup that I will never be installing on my car. The setup came with my car when I bought it about a 1 1/2 yrs ago. Don't have any history on them nor do I know their value. Make me an offer if interested. I am attaching a few pictures for you. This setup came off of an early 74 260z. PM or email me if interested and I will try to answer your questions. I can send more picts too but I will attach 4 or 5 now. January 27, 200322 yr Author comment_24634 Hi McZ-I don't what size they are. I looked on the housing real quick and didn't see any size markings. Is there a way I could determine their size? If so I can post it. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/4435-weber-carbs/#findComment-24634 Share on other sites
January 27, 200322 yr comment_24635 By what I've read and seen in pics look on the top of the carb under the wing nut ( Like in you closeup pics WEBER is above the nut ), There should be some number and letters stamped there, like 40 or 45 DCOE or the like Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/4435-weber-carbs/#findComment-24635 Share on other sites
January 27, 200322 yr Author comment_24680 The number @ the top is 40 DCOE18. Hopefully that helps. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/4435-weber-carbs/#findComment-24680 Share on other sites
January 27, 200322 yr comment_24715 Yea, thanx. They should be 40mm throttle bores. I have some Dellortos that are the same. Would like to have 44 or 45s if I can find some in my budget. (That's always the trick, ain't it! ) Or might just stick with the SUs, don't know yet. Thanx for the info.
