SteveJ Posted September 12, 2012 Share #2 Posted September 12, 2012 Dave, welcome. I suggest you go to the top right of the page and click on settings. Then you can edit your signature and put the year of your Z there. That way if you post questions, people know which car you're working on. davbell22602 Posted September 12, 2012 Author Share #4 Posted September 12, 2012 Its 1972 Datsun 240z. I'm the 3rd owner with less than 100k on the car. Been sitting most of the time. Planning on doing a frame restoration. Needs body, paint, interior seats redone, floor pans, and brakes. Might need a fuel pump but not sure yet. SteveJ Posted September 13, 2012 Share #9 Posted September 13, 2012 You might want to get to know the guys at the Z Car Club of Northern Virginia, too. It might be difficult to get to their meetings for you with DC traffic, but they have other activities where you can meet the members.
