Are the wheels from the Fairlady Z 432 re-manufactured? I would love to a set of wheels similar to these!

I know Espirit at jdm-car-parts.com sells them. They are quite pricey... I believe almost $1,000 a wheel, but don't quote me on that. I don't even think that is with the correct center caps either.
